Returns
We want you to love your Bina Jewels as much as we loved creating them. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs, if applicable).

Refunds
Refunds will only be processed once Bina Jewels has received and inspected the returned item. To qualify for a full refund, the item must be returned in the same condition it was delivered in, including all original packaging, boxing, and protective materials. Items that are damaged, worn, or returned without the required packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
